HomeLoanबचत provides a free, browser-based calculator for estimating home-loan repayments and the effect of prepayments. It is provided for personal, informational use only and is not financial advice. See the disclaimer.

2. Permitted use

• You may use the calculator for your own loan planning and share its results with others.
• You may not scrape, mirror, resell or white-label the site or its output as your own product.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Automated or bulk access that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

3. Accuracy

We take the arithmetic seriously and document every assumption, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular loan product. You are responsible for verifying figures with your lender before acting.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss — including lost savings, lost opportunity or additional interest paid — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.

5. Intellectual property

The name HomeLoanबचत, the site design, text and code are owned by us. The numerical results you generate from your own inputs are yours to use freely.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
