How to reach us

We are still setting up a contact mailbox for HomeLoanबचत, so there is no email address to publish yet. Rather than list one that nobody is reading, we will add it to this page the moment it is live.

When that mailbox opens, please do not send loan account numbers, PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements or any other personal financial documents. We do not need them and will delete anything of the sort on sight.

Most useful things to send

• A figure you believe is wrong, with the exact inputs you used (amount, rate, tenure, strategies) and what your lender's schedule shows instead.
• A repayment strategy Indian lenders offer that we do not yet model.
• Wording that is confusing, misleading, or reads as advice when it should not.
• Accessibility problems — screen reader, keyboard navigation, contrast, or mobile layout.

What we cannot help with

• We are not a lender and cannot sanction, approve, reject or reprice a loan.
• We cannot access, look up or change your loan account with any bank.
• We do not give personalised financial, tax or legal advice. See the disclaimer.
• We do not arrange balance transfers or refer you to brokers.

For anything relating to your data, the privacy policy explains what we hold — which, in almost every case, is nothing.
